Oura Ring 5 price in India by finish
The headline price applies to two finishes only. So the colour you choose changes the bill by ₹11,000.
| Finish | Price in India |
|---|---|
| Silver, Black | ₹39,900 |
| Gold, Deep Rose, Stealth, Brushed Silver | ₹50,900 |
The ring is not the only cost. Digit’s launch report lists Oura Membership at ₹599 a month. That report does not mention a free trial, so check the listing before you gift it. A gift that comes with a monthly bill is worth mentioning to the person who receives it.
What the ring is, and what Oura claims
Oura says the Ring 5 is 40% smaller than the Ring 4. According to Oura’s launch post, it is 6.09 mm wide and 2.28 mm thick, made of titanium, and waterproof to 100 metres. The company also says it has redesigned sensors with 12 signal pathways, meant to work across more finger types and skin tones.
These are Oura’s own claims, and we have not tested the ring. However, the basics are easy to understand. It is a ring with no screen, so it suits people who do not want to wear a watch to bed.
Health features in plain terms
The app adds features such as Health Radar, Blood Pressure Signals and Nighttime Breathing. Oura describes the blood pressure features as wellness insights. They do not measure blood pressure in mmHg or diagnose any condition.
The reports we read do not say whether these features have medical clearance in India. So treat them as trend information, not as a medical device. Anyone with a health concern should still speak to a doctor.
Before you gift the Oura Ring 5
- Get the size right. Sizes run from 6 to 13, and Oura links a sizing guide from its launch post. A guess can mean a return, so ask or check a ring they already wear.
- Mention the membership. The ₹599 monthly fee is separate from the ring price.
- Check delivery before 8 November. The reports we read give no shipping dates, so confirm the delivery estimate on the listing.
- Think about the person. It suits someone curious about sleep and activity trends. It may not suit someone who dislikes wearing anything on their fingers all day.
